CHARACTER COUNTS AWARDS

WHAT

A program to recognize local high school student-athletes who exhibit the four Core Values of FCA (Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity, and Serving). Awards will be given to male and female athletes at each local high school, along with yearly college scholarships.


GOALS

  • Encourage and recognize character-based athletics in local student-athletes
  • Engage with local high school athletic directors and coaches
  • Create awareness of FCA’s core values and mission
  • Increase community support of character-based athletics
